Mayo cross-appeals judgment entered against him on his counterclaims. We affirm the judgment and award of attorneys fees against RTC. We affirm the dismissal of Mayos emotional distress counterclaim, but reverse and remand the judgment against Mayo on his remaining counterclaims.
